Delete Your Gymlogio Account

Deleting your account permanently removes your account and all workout data stored in the cloud. This cannot be undone.

In the app (immediate)

1. Open Settings (the last tab).
2. Under Account, tap Delete account….
3. Confirm with Delete.

Your cloud workout data and your account are deleted immediately. If your sign-in session is old, the app may ask you to sign in once more to confirm it is really you, then complete the deletion.

If you can no longer use the app

Email office@plabsmedia.com from the address you signed in with and request deletion. Requests are completed within 30 days.

What is deleted, and what stays

• Deleted: your account (email, name, account ID) and your entire cloud workout log.
• Stays: the log stored locally on your own device — it belongs to you and never left your phone. Remove it by deleting the app. Anonymous usage analytics (not linked to your account) expire on Google Analytics' retention schedule.
